How precisely can blood tests identify cancer? how can they figure out a benign cancer?

for a very long time now, since I can remember I’ve had this bump on my leg… it seems like a large fat cell lol under my skin.. there is no pain and it has never been a problem! but recently it has gotten me a little concerned… can this be a fat deposit? I can feel it under my skin when I extend my leg, it slightly bulges out… hmmm

How can I tell?

My grandfather was disgnosed with esophogeal cancer on May 6th of this year. The doctors gave him 3-6 months to live. At first he was unable to eat or talk and had to have a tube feeding. I am currently 16 and I know there is nothing I can do to cure him but I would really like to know some ideas on what I should do for him?? Like a video diary or what?? (a friend suggested that) My grandfather is one of the funniest people you will EVER meet and still has his personality. I am scared he will give up and this will all be over he has come so far. Has anyone else gone through anything like this?? thanks guys =]

Anybody known the symptons of colon cancer?

Recently, whenever i use the bathroom there would be blood on the feces but a few days i went to the bathroom and all i did was blood, today was the same thing. Help !!!!!

My father’s side starting from my Grandfather pasted away around 60-70 by cancer. My uncle 40-50 by cancer. My father 30-40 by cancer. Am I next? Really scared because the age keeps decreasing and I dont want to die so early. What can I do? well I am 17 and I drink and smoke, Will quit soon but what will happen.

My bffs grandpa has pancreus cancer and they were gonna treat it Mondy but it spread.He wont get better and is gonna die.She is so upset I try to make her feel better but it wont work.What do I do shes my bffl and we are like sisters

If Your father’s father (grandpa on dad’s side) had cancer and you are the oldest child, what are the chances of you getting cancer, also does it make a difference if my mom had a miscarriage before I was born, if so, what is the difference?????

Ok, firstly I am not worrying about this an merely want to know…….

My great aunt on my dad’s side was diagnosed with bowel cancer which spread to her lungs and other places, she sadly 3 months later and then on my mum’s side my uncle had testicular cancer 8 years ago although overcame it and he and his wife are now expecting baby #4.

I was wondering what are the chances that I will get cancer when I grow up? (obviously I won’t get testicular cancer but could any future sons on mine?)

I don’t know of any other family cancer cases because I haven’t asked.
