It may be just an enlarged nodule. But best you get to your dr for better examinations/treatments.

it could be something it could be nothing. it could even by a benign cyst. but best to get it checked.
if you have no health coverage some states have some free cancer screening programs. pls see the webiste i posted.

If the lump is painless and you can’t move it around it is most likely canceruous.
If it painful and moveable it probably isn’t cancer
Best time to do a testicular self exam is in a hot shower.

Yes it can start small and yes it can grow. And yes it is a good thing you are seeing a doctor.
There are many other things that the lump could be so try and not stress out over this. Good luck.

Yes, it can start small and grow. See the doctor and listen to the recommendations about what to do. Surround yourself with supportive family and friends. Find people you are comfortable to talk to.
