There are many external hemorrhoids treatment. You can choose to treat your hemorrhoids using conventional methods or use natural and alternative therapies.

I am a firm believer in finding natural solutions to all ailments, but before we discuss how to treat your hemorrhoids, lets address the question – What are hemorrhoids?

External hemorrhoids are inflamed and swollen blood veins around the anus. They can be clearly seen by the ordinary eye and tend to vary in sizes depending on how severe they are.

External Hemorrhoids – What causes them?

It is not known for certain but eating too much processed foods and straining in during bowel movements don’t help matters. Foods like sugar, chocolate, coffee, milk products, pastries and bsicuits also tend to aggravate the condition.

External hemorrhoids are different from internal hemorrhoids, which tend to remain in the rectum and invisible to the ordinary eye. It is possible to suffer from either internal or external hemorrhoids or even both.

External Hemorrhoids – Which Treatments have failed so far?

I once suffered from hemorrhoids myself, and I used suppositories and creams but they did not work for me. If they did at all, it was always for a short period and the pain would return very quickly.

At one point, I even considered having them surgically removed but my doctor told me that was no guarantee that the hemorrhoids would not return. So why go through the pain of having them surgically removed only for the external hemorrhoids to return in 6 months or a couple of years down the line?

External Hemorrhoids Treatment – Things you can do in order to relieve the pain.

1. Take 1 Capsule of milk thistle twice a day to help soften the stool and cleanse the liver.

2. Add herb bilberry to your dietary regimen. It is contains high levels of bioflavonoids, which are anti-inflammatory compounds that help shrink external hemorrhoids. If your case is acute, then take 1 capsule of the bilberry every hour until you feel better.

3. Rub pilewort ointment to the area regularly, twice a day at the start.

4. Try and avoid straining during bowel movements as this would only make your condition worse.

5. Don’t sit down for too long, an hour at most. Sitting down for too long creates additional pressure on the bottom area. That combined with a sharp pain such as constipation of pregnancy can make things worse. Trust me I know, because I have been there.

6. If you are in serious pain then try sitting in a basin of cold water. This may come as a shock but doing this would help lessen the inflammation and reduce the engorged blood vessels.

7. During bowel movements aim to be on the toilet seat for no longer than 3 to 5mins at any one time.

So far we have talked about 7 easy steps that you can take to ease the burning, itching and pain associated with hemorrhoids.

If you want to know the best external hemorrhoids treatment that is guaranteed to cure your hemorrhoids fast, then you need to have access to more information.

Cold sore relief is yours immediately if you read this article now. You will discover cold sore treatment tactics that can give you instant relief of your current and future cold sores.

Cold sore relief products are abundant at stores. These salves or ointments may give some small comfort. But they will not get rid of your cold sores.

Some of these cold sore treatment salves contain benzocaine which helps numb the pain. This can be helpful when you are away from home.

But real cold sore relief not only means instant pain relief. It is also getting rid of your cold sores as quickly as possible – or stopping them before they get started.

We really want to do both.

It is still true that your best remedies for cold sores are simple home remedies. Medical science still has not conquered the herpes simplex virus.

Before you spend any more money on commercial cold sore treatment salves, try these simple – but very effective – cold sore relief methods.

1. STOP THE PAIN.

You know how painful cold sores can be. They occur on the end of a nerve fiber where the herpes virus destroys the cells during replication – exposing the nerve.

Along with the pain, you will probably experience swelling, headaches and fever. Swollen under-jaw glands are common.

The symptoms are similar to a mild flu. Using your favorite pain and fever medicine is common. I use ibuprophen for initial cold sore relief.

Cool the area down as soon as possible with ice or any cold object. There simply is nothing better for reducing swelling and discomfort of cold sores.

This cold treatment interrupts the herpes virus replication process. Ice will slow down the progress of your outbreak – and maybe stop it permanently.

Ice is a great cold sore treatment for instant cold sore relief.

Ice is available anywhere – but not always convenient. For those times, a pain-numbing salve from the store may give some relief from the pain (but not the other benefits you get from ice).

2. HEAL THE SORE FAST.

Ice is a great method of cold sore relief – but only until the sore actually breaks open. This begins the healing phase. Ice will slow down healing a lot by keeping healing blood away.

The sooner you heal the wound the quicker you will enjoy ultimate cold sore relief. Apply heat to the sore as much as possible. This will cut days off your healing.

There are many ways to apply warmth, but the preferred choice is using hot, wet tea bags. Tea contains many virus-fighting and healing nutrients.

Do not ever heat a tea bag in the microwave. It destroys the good stuff. Always heat up in hot water. You can heat the water first in the microwave if you like.

Now start applying garlic or oregano oils frequently. If you use garlic, use fresh crushed garlic when possible. It works much better than store-bought oil.

These essential oils are powerful anti-virus medicine. Prevent painful cracking of the scab by keeping it saturated with these oils.

In addition to these highly effective healing oils, apply fresh aloe vera gel. It must be fresh from a live plant to get good results. Aloe vera is an amazing skin healer.

3. PREVENTING COLD SORES.

Any good cold sore relief program includes preventing, or reducing the frequency of your future cold sores.

A very simple way to enjoy cold sore prevention is to keep your immune system strong.

Flooding your cells with essential nutrients will greatly help you achieve this. Do this with a good quality vitamin supplement. Do not waste money on one or two-per-day vitamins.

Most high quality vitamin programs will consist of six or eight capsules or tablets per day. Vitamins and minerals take room. You cannot do the job with one pill per day.

Also, get and take a lysine supplement. The best is 500 milligram capsules. Add one or two per day to your vitamin regimen for cold sore prevention.

Complete cold sore relief is not only reducing the discomfort, but healing the sore quickly and preventing future attacks of the herpes virus.

You will find these remedies for cold sores will help you achieve this total cold sore relief goal. They truly have for thousands of other cold sore victims.

Advanced cold sore treatment tricks are also now being used. But the remedies in this article are the basic foundation for any good cold sore relief program.

If you’re reading this right now, then it’s most likely because you or someone you know is suffering from asbestosis or mesothelioma, illnesses that have developed as a result of exposure to asbestos. Today, asbestos is a banned substance in construction and has been banned ever since it was discovered that it causes illness in people.

The symptoms don’t usually manifest for a long time, and people who have mesothelioma aren’t always aware that they’re ill. Exposure to asbestos takes place if an individual works in a place that uses asbestos or lives in a house in which asbestos was a used as a construction material. Many companies have long been aware of the risks of asbestos, yet they continue to make use of asbestos, which puts people at even greater risk.

Fortunately, people didn’t just take this sitting down. In the past decades, many people have come to recognize that their illness was brought about by the companies that turned a blind eye to their condition, giving rise to an avalanche of asbestos litigation and claims. Many victims have successfully brought their cases to court and received favorable outcomes; many others are still waiting for their case to be heard. There are also people out there taking advantage of the situation and filing claims even though they aren’t sick, just to make money. This makes the process more complicated but also pushes the real victims to work hard for justice.

If you’re in this position right now, the first person you’ll probably turn to for advice is the attorney that you’ve known for a long time. However, the person you really need on your side is an asbestos attorney, someone who has had years of experience in dealing with asbestos and knows all the steps you need to take. An asbestos attorney will know all about the statutes of limitation in your state and also have a track record in asbestos law. Make sure that you find a lawyer who works in a law firm that specializes in asbestos law to ensure that he or she has been trained in the matter.

Your case is a delicate one, something that you shouldn’t leave up to chance or to inexpert hands. Your regular attorney may be good at what he or she does, but more likely than not, he or she hasn’t had a chance to deal with asbestos litigation. Find the right kind of asbestos lawyer in order to help you build a strong case and make the asbestos litigation process easier for you.

Are you or someone you know suffering from mesothelioma? Mesothelioma is a cancer brought about by exposure to asbestos, and it’s just one of the illnesses you can develop due to the inhalation of asbestos fibers, along with asthma and asbestosis. If you have worked in a place that subjected you to asbestos exposure or lived in a place saturated with asbestos, you can file a claim against the company where you worked, and even against the contractors and manufacturers.

Asbestos litigation or filing an asbestos claim can be a long, arduous, and complicated process, one that you alone will not be able to contend with. There are a lot of things to sift through, from the laws governing the litigation of asbestos cases, the evidence and documents you need to support your case, as well as obtaining information that pinpoints the accused as directly having a hand in causing your illness. In this situation, you need to enlist the services of an asbestos lawyer.

A qualified asbestos lawyer takes on all of these responsibilities and makes sure that you understand every step of the procedure involved in asbestos litigation. He or she should also be aware or the statutes of limitation in every state and help determine that you have a valid case. Asbestos lawyers are generally considerate of their clients, with most working on a contingency fee basis; this means that you are not required to pay anything until your claim is successful.

The right asbestos lawyer or law firm for you will not only have years of solid experience, but must also specialize in handling asbestos lawsuits. This is the only way to make sure that he or she really is well versed in the procedure; asbestos lawyers would also have an extensive database of manufacturers and contractors who used asbestos in construction, and this database can help you figure out which ones were responsible for your exposure to asbestos.

Of course, in looking for an asbestos lawyer to help you with your case, you not only need someone who is experienced. You should also look for a lawyer who really understands that your situation is unique and is also trustworthy. Having a good relationship with your asbestos lawyer helps make the entire process easier and encourages better cooperation between you two. Asbestos litigation is complicated enough; you will definitely need someone to help you and makes it all easier for you.

Those who have this disease often really suffer greatly. The severe itching and the mere sight of the ugly ash are enough to try the patience of most souls.

The itchiness in itself is bad enough, but to add to it, the rash which is visible and not covered by clothing, the sufferer of this disease may feel like a pariah. Youngsters particularly can be taunted by their peers because of the rash.

There are four common types of eczema. And, in addition, about 7 to 9 less common types which we will not cover here.

1) Atopic eczema (atopic dermatitis) is an allergic reaction believed to have an hereditary part. This form often runs in families whose members also have been known to have asthma and hay fever.

Those who suffer from Atopic eczemas itchy rash find it particularly noticeable on the head and scalp. It also affect the neck, inside of elbows, behind the knees, and on the buttocks. Experts are urging doctors to be more vigilant in weeding out cases that are, actually irritant contact dermatitis. Atopic Eczema is very common in developed countries, with growth in number of infections.

2) Contact dermatitis is subdivided into 2 sub-types: One is Allergic (resulting from a delayed reaction to some allergen, such as poison ivy or nickel).

The second type is named Irritant. It may develop from direct reaction to a detergent, such as sodium lauryl sulfate. Some substances act both as allergen and irritant (wet cement, for example). Other substances cause a reaction after sunlight exposure, bringing on phototoxic dermatitis. Almost three fourths of cases of Contact eczema are of this Irritant type. This makes it the most common occupational skin disease.

Contact eczema may be curable provided the irritating substance can be avoided, and its traces removed from the nearby or working environment .

3) Xerotic eczema (aka asteatotic e. craquele or craquelatum, winter itch, pruritus hiemalis) is dry skin which somehow becomes so very dry that it turns into eczema.

Xerotic eczema gets worse in dry winter weather. The limbs and trunk of the body are most often affected. Eczemas itchy, tender skin resembles a dry, cracked, river bed. This disorder is very common among older folks.

4) Seborrhoeic dermatitis or Seborrheic dermatitis (“cradle cap” in infants) is a disease sometimes classified as a form of eczema which is closely related to dandruff.

This type causes dry or greasy peeling of the scalp, eyebrows, and face, and sometimes the body trunk. The condition is harmless except in severe cases of cradle cap. In newborns it causes a thick, yellow crusty scalp rash called cradle cap which seems related to lack of biotin. It is quite curable.

It is not within the scope of this article to go into cures or mitigation of eczema. That would take too many words. In addition to medical doctors treatments there are Naturals (herbs or supplements) which are reputed to be useful against eczema.

It was difficult to listen to. The dentist said that I would have to have a ‘scaling and root planing’ treatment done. She said that I should remain calm as my gums would not feel it because they would be numb. I imagined how I might feel when they were no longer numb. The dentist wanted to know if I would be willing to start right away.

Absolutely not! I didn’t want this procedure done and I wasn’t about to start today. I wanted to understand what was going on. I wanted to know why I had to have this done all of the sudden. Six months ago, I seemed to be fine.

When I had time to quiet my thoughts a bit, I wondered about the situation. Had my doctor been focused on prevention? If she had been, wouldn’t she have told me what I could do to avoid the SRP treatment?

It was a bit disturbing to finally understand that I had gum disease. Gum disease didn’t seem a bit friendly. I was really a bit panicked about this SRP treatment. I think that like me, this probably happens to a lot of people. They just aren’t any more informed than I was. Maybe after someone tells them, they start to look into it more. They might conclude, as I did, that the dentist should have told them more about this disease and how to prevent it.

What I learned on my own was that this situation didn’t happen overnight. It existed for years and it was only when the damage was becoming more obvious that I was told about it.

In retrospect, I’m very happy that I declined that scaling and root planing treatment. It forced me to go out and find some answers on my own. What I discovered was a bit disturbing.

So many people have gum disease right now. The high numbers hardly seem natural. It’s actually incredible. It makes you wonder why no one has really championed this cause in a big way – especially in the area of prevention.

Incredibly enough, and you can verify this with any periodontist, perhaps as much as 80% of the population has some form of gum disease at this very moment. You would have to guess that either those statistics are completely wrong, or people have no idea what is going on in their mouths!

In either case, people are not likely to seek help or do their personal research until things get bad. That is a shame because an ‘ounce of prevention…” There are several tools and products that I found to be very helpful. I wish that I had known about these items years ago. But it seems the only thing the dentist told me about was brushing, flossing and a popular mouthwash.

Brushing and flossing alone just did not work for me. I had always taken good care of my teeth and I brushed and flossed regularly. Had they been enough, I wouldn’t have ended up with gum disease.

I was able to discover a few answers on my own. In fact, my answers were pretty good. This was in evidence the next time I saw the doctor and the hygienist. They just didn’t know what to say. But, they both were in agreement that I did not need that dreaded SRP treatment – the same treatment that they had told me was the only thing that would help me just a few months prior. Look for the link below to find out more about what I used.

In the end, I hope that more people can be educated about gum disease, bleeding gums, gingivitis and periodontal disease. I believe it is important to keep our gums healthy and keep our original set of teeth or at least as many as we still can. Don’t you?

If you are a grown up person having ADD, then you may be familiar that at times, slowing down is a very difficult thing to do. There are a lot of jobs to get done and so little time to get them completed. So your mind starts working in a high speed, trying to achieve it all and more, or getting upset about the actuality that it look as if it is not viable to get it all completed. As a result, you use up a lot of time constantly worrying, and very little time getting pleasure from life.

While slowing down is a complex ability to put up, it can be made. Here are 6 established methods to slow down the adult ADD brain:

1. Put down Work

Fix up your business hours and stand by them. Even though at times it is essenital to work overtime, do not do it if not you just have to. You will work more competently during the day when the time you have to complete your job is fixed. And take a break on weekends ” or at least 2 days a week. You ought to have it.

2. Arrange for a Night out with Others

Nothing is more enjoyable than having a night out with people you like. This may well be with colleagues, friends, family, or members of a group you are a part of. Have a good time.

3. Make a Weekly Obligation (Like Taking a Class or Involving Yourself in a Group)

Find a reason to go out of the house and out of the office each week. Attend a class, if possible to learn something you for all time wanted to know how to do. Make certain that you *pay* for the class beforehand so you will not be coaxed to miss it out.

4. Diary

Maintaining a diary compels you to stop, think over and act out. It aids you to deal with nervous tension and achieve clearness. Formulate the resolution to do it every day – even if it is merely for 10 minutes! Do not be bothered about sentence structure, syntax, punctuation, or flow since no one else ever has to see it.

5. Meditate

There are a lot of diverse methods of meditation, but I have a preference for mindfulness medtation. This is merely the action of being there in the present instant – whether you are working, walking, or washing the dishes. Make an effort to keep your mind in the instant, and do not tag on worrying or troublesome feelings when they come up. It is all right to start on little by little, with 5 minutes spent in mindful meditation daily, and after that building on your performance as you happen to be more at ease.

6. Switch off Your Computer 2 Hours before Bed

Computers are rather interesting, in particular for ADDers. Frequently at times, you will find yourself sitting at your computer at 3 o’clock in the morning completely occupied in exploring something totally arbitrary. You just cannot move away from the pc and go to bed, and that is for the reason that the computer stimulates your brain. Switch the pc off at least two hours prior to going to sleep so as to suitably relax, and slow down, at night.

In New Zealand, the infamous Maori tribe has since eaten green lipped mussels and other seafood found off the country’s bountiful shores. The Maoris, incidentally, have rare incidence of arthritic inflammation. This realization led to further research which led to something great.

This research led to the discovery of the key components in green lipped mussels. With the superior levels of omega-3 fatty acids, it is concluded that the omega-3s from these mussels prevent, or slow down, degeneration of cartilage and bone not only in humans, but in animals as well. Inflammation and swelling are two of the symptoms of arthritis which seem to respond favorably to daily doses of green mussel extract powder.

The glycosaminoglycans and amino acids, substances found in green mussels, are also theorized to act as anti-inflammatory aids. Along with the individual’s adoption of a healthy diet, natural supplements bearing these glycosaminoglycans and amino acid factors may offer relief for people dealing with miserable joint pain.

Bear in mind though that when purchasing green mussel extract as a dietary supplement, there are factors to consider. Always consult your doctor before you start taking any dietary supplements. If you are susceptible to shellfish allergy, then there is a good chance that there will also be allergic reactions to green mussel extracts.

Again, everyone who is going through chronic pain is given notice to look for the advice of their physician and weigh their options. Although anti-inflammatory medicines will handle the origin of the pain, there may be better and natural alternatives commended by your doctor as a long-term approach to treatment.

Nz Pure Health is a specialist in New Zealand Green Mussels as a natural dietary supplement. Green Lipped Mussel Capsules have been growingly popular as a great way to combat joint pain, learn more details at NZ Pure Health Natural Anti Inflammatory cures.

Common constipation, according to recent studies, affects 30% of the world?s population on a daily basis. Constipation is the leading cause of many illnesses and is linked to numerous health risks, including: cancer, vitamin and mineral deficiency, poor immune response, toxicity poisoning and a variety of chronic pain syndromes.

If you ever suffered from constipation, you can tell exactly how uncomfortable experiences that was. By knowing the causes of constipation, we can find the way to rid of constipation.

Constipation is usually defined as having infrequent bowel movements that are hard and painful. And is most commonly caused by a diet that is low in fiber, but can also be caused by drinking too much milk (more than 12-16oz/d), not drinking enough water or waiting too long to go to the bathroom.

Stress, even a new routine can temporarily cause a slowdown in the bowels that leads to constipation. Pregnant women also suffer from constipation as a result of a change in hormonal balance in the body and also because of the pressure of the now occupied uterus on the intestine.

Lack of exercise can lead to constipation, although doctors do not know precisely why. Recent stats have proved that people who lead sedentary lives are more easily prone to constipation that those who are active.

Cure to constiption depends on the cause, severity, and duration, in most cases dietary and lifestyle changes will help relieve symptoms of constipation and help prevent it.

Dietary fiber which is also known as bulk forming laxatives is gotten from the consumption of fruits and vegetables. The easiest way to incorporate this into your lifestyle is by increasing the quantity of fruits and vegetables in your meals and cutting down on the excess of dairy and meat products.

In some cases however, some individuals may find it hard to cope with the bulk of fruits needed. When this occurs, it is best that fiber supplements such as wheat bran, oat bran, psyllium seeds be added to the daily diet.

Drinking eight to twelve glasses of water or juice a day will lubricate the insides of your intestines so that stools can move along more easily.

Exercise may provide benefit as well by increasing colonic motility. Regular exercise such as walking or swimming everyday can help to both prevent and relieve constipation.

Treatment with a laxative is needed only if the measures above (fibre, fluid, etc) do not work well. Commonly prescribed bulk-forming laxatives include ispaghula husk, methylcellulose, and sterculia. Laxatives should be reserved for temporary constipation due to illness, incapacity, or travel.

To prevent and eliminate your constipation, the most important way is a combination of healthy eating, use of some supplements and keep yourself moving around.

Before we get down to the business of determining the dyslexia diagnosis, it is important to know the nature of the condition first. Dyslexia is actually a learning disability wherein the afflicted patient would have difficulty when it comes to spelling, writing, and reading. A popular misconception here is that dyslexia is a mental illness, but this is not the case at all. There are actually a lot of dyslexics that are quite intelligent and have forged extremely successful careers. Albert Einstein is one of the smartest dyslexics the world has ever known. In tinsel town, another famous dyslexic is actually Tom Cruise.

Years ago, coming up with an appropriate dyslexia diagnosis was not really possible. This is because people back then were not really aware about this disability. In fact, it was only just recently that more information about the condition has been obtained. This is quite an unfortunate fact because a lot of dyslexics back then had to suffer unnecessarily. A lot of dyslexics back then had to suffer years and years of embarrassment and humiliation, and this took quite a toll on their confidence and esteem. Fortunately, it is never too late for the condition to be diagnosed by the means of screening and diagnostic testing.

The first ever dyslexia diagnosis was given out within just the last ten years. This was the time when the condition was even given a name. Screenings and tests are now used to diagnose the condition. What actually happens here is that the patients are assisted in identifying the symptoms that they are suffering, the severity of the symptoms, and ultimately, the treatment that they need. Dyslexics no longer have to suffer the symptoms on their own because the proper diagnosis is at hand, and readily available treatment is here as well.

If you suspect that you have a family member who just might be suffering from the condition, then do not wait too long to obtain the appropriate dyslexia diagnosis. As soon as you notice symptoms of the condition, such as difficulties in spelling, writing, reading, counting numbers, sequencing items, transferring information, getting and following instructions, as well as confusion in terms of direction when it comes to letters that can be reversed. Examples of these letters would be b and d. The manifestation of any of these symptoms should warrant an evaluation be done right away.

Proper treatment of the condition is indeed possible ” good news to all dyslexics all over the world.
